testing download complete

Hi,

I need to be sure that a file has been completely downloaded before i use it in the next action.

I tried to use download action within "While" and "If", but i don't know what to test.

does somebody know how can i do that?

As fas as I remember, Download command downloads the file completely before going to the next command.
