Что нового

1. Добавлена команда для синхронизации содержимого директорий.

2. Добавлена команда переименования или перемещения файла.

3. Добавлена команда для скачивания файлов из Интернета по протоколу HTTP.

4. Внесены некоторые улучшения и исправлены ошибки.
